I sometimes get distressed thinking about all the lost who will go to hell. I know why, and I know that none of us deserves to be with the Lord in heaven, but I still really struggle with the thought of anyone spending eternity in hell. Sometimes it brings me to tears. Is this wrong?
If a person is a believer and not at the Lord’s table, is that sin? Does James 4:17 apply to this?
The lord has asked us to do it, and we need to obey. Fear holds back. Sin holds back. Different situations.
Some Christians believe baptism is required to be saved because of the following Scriptures:
– Mark 16:16
– John 3:5
– Acts 22:16
Also in Acts 2:38 baptism is mentioned in connection with receiving the Holy Spirit. Is baptism required for salvation and/or receiving the Holy Spirit?
